Built from real flooring experience.
M2tric was created out of real, day-to-day frustrations running a flooring business. After years of managing site measures, photos, handovers and install details at LKV Flooring, we couldn’t find a tool that handled this properly so we built one. What started as an internal tool is now available to other flooring companies facing the same challenges.
M2tric a job management system?
No. M2tric is a workflow and communication tool designed to capture measurements, photos and job details, then hand everything over clearly between estimators, office staff and installers. It does not replace job management, invoicing or accounting systems.
Does M2tric handle pricing, quoting or invoicing?
No. M2tric does not handle pricing, quoting or invoicing. It is designed to work alongside your existing quoting and accounting tools by capturing accurate measurements, photos and job details on site and handing them over cleanly to your team.
Can I share jobs with my team and clients?
Yes. You can share job details with your internal team (sales, office, installers), clients (view and comments only), and clients do not need to pay only your team counts toward user limits.
What happens if a client changes their mind?
You can update areas, notes or photos at any time and share the changes instantly with your team and client. Everyone sees the same updated job details no confusion.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All job data, client details and photos are stored securely in encrypted systems. We use Stripe for billing and do not store your credit card details.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle. No lock-in contracts.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access.
I’ve tried other job software and my installers wouldn’t use it. Why is this different?
